If something isn’t right, take pictures of the package from all sides, write down a damage report in the presence of the courier, and send us the pictures, description, and order number. We will try to solve the problem in the most convenient way for you.
Can I cancel my order after payment? Can I return the product I received? ↓
In the EU, Norway or Iceland, you can always change your mind within 14 days from purchase or return a product within 14 days from receipt.
Is the return free? ↓
Return costs have to be paid by the Customer. We will refund shipping costs if the warranty claim is accepted.
I want to return the received product. What to do? ↓
- A written notification regarding the decision to return the item must be sent by submitting a form or emailing to email@example.com. Please include the order number in the notification. If the reason for the return is damage or a warranty issue, please attach a description of the situation, photos of the damaged product or inconsistencies, as well as photos of the packaging from all sides.
- After receiving a response from ZIETA (within 14 days) with instructions on how to return the item and the address to send it to, please carefully package the item and ensure that all certificates are included in the packaging.
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer (and refunded if the warranty is accepted). Please provide information on the delivery date, tracking number or shipment number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- ZIETA will verify the quality of the returned item. If there are no objections, an invoice will be issued for the completed order and a corrective invoice confirming the return.
- In response to the email with the corrective invoice, please provide your bank account number for the refund of the item, which will be processed within 7 days, thus completing the return procedure.
- The customer may exchange the item for another one, provided it is unused (undamaged). After confirming the availability of the new item, its final price, and the additional amount for delivery, ZIETA will issue a new order, which will be processed in the standard procedure.
I want to cancel my order (before receipt) ↓
- If you cancel your purchase before delivery, please send a written notification regarding the decision to return the item by submitting a form or emailing to email@example.com. Please include the order number in the notification.
- ZIETA will confirm the receipt of the payment and request your bank account number for the refund. If the product has already been shipped to the order address, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund procedure will be completed after the funds have been transferred and no additional documents are required.
When can I choose a refund? ↓
You can chose a refund when you change your mind within 14 days from buying (in the EU, Norway or Iceland); when you decide to return a product within 14 days from receiving it; or when your complaint is upheld and you choose a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund? ↓
The value of the good (excluding delivery costs) will be credited to the Customer’s account as soon as the returned goods reach our warehouse and are checked.
How long does the warranty last? ↓
The warranty period is 2 years and starts on the date of receipt of the goods.
How long does it take to consider a complaint? ↓
We will consider the complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to Zieta Prozessdesign.
What is the scope of the warranty? ↓
This warranty does not cover damage related to a used product, such as scuffs or scratches on the surface of the product, or damage due to improper installation. Damage occurring during transport is also not under warranty. Check more information at zieta.pl/warranty
Is damage occurring during transport under warranty? ↓
Damage occurring during transport is not under warranty. The recipient may refuse to accept the damaged parcel from the courier.
